Thanks for using GoodnGreen (“Services”) as your source for the best cannabis on the net. Our mission is to provide high-quality cannabis to everyone that qualifies regardless of age. By using our Services, you are agreeing to these terms & conditions along with our privacy policy. Please read them carefully.
Using our Services:
Don’t misuse our Services. For example, don’t interfere with our Services or try to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide. You may use our Services only as permitted by the current laws and regulations in your area. We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms & conditions, privacy policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.
Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access. You may not use content from our Services unless you obtain permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law. These terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in our Services.
Our Services display some content that is not GoodnGreen’s. This content is the sole responsibility of the entity that makes it available. We may review content to determine whether it is illegal or violates our policies, and we may remove or refuse to display content that we reasonably believe violates our policies or the law. But that does not necessarily mean that we review content, so please don’t assume that we do.
In connection with your use of the Services, we may send you service announcements, administrative messages, and other information. You may opt out of some of those communications.
Some of our Services are available on mobile devices. Do not use such Services in a way that distracts you and prevents you from obeying traffic or safety laws.
All possession or usage of any products from our Services is strictly up to you and you assume any and all legal responsibility for such products. GoodnGreen makes no warranty expressed or implied for the safety of such products. It is your responsibility to check with your doctor to determin if you are allergic or may have a irreversible reaction from using or coming into contact with any cannabis products.
Bullying and Harassment:
We don’t tolerate bullying or harassment. We allow you to speak freely on reviews, but remove content that appears to purposefully target brands or private individuals with the intention of degrading or shaming them. This content includes, but is not limited to:
Reviews that identify and shame brands or private individuals,
Profile Images that degrade brands or private individuals,
We define brands and private individuals as people or companies that exist or have existed on planet Earth, at any time in Earth’s history.
Hate Speech:
GoodnGreen does not tolerate any reviews that attack brands or people based on their:
Race,
Ethnicity,
National origin,
Religious affiliation,
Sex,
Disabilities or diseases.
People may use reviews to freely express their likes and dislikes about products that are provided in our Services as long as they do not violate any of our policies. Some use our Services to share their experiences and to raise awareness about issues that are important to them. This means that you may encounter opinions that are different from yours, which we believe may lead to important improvements in cannabis products and the cannabis industry. A review that you may perceive as slanderous, derogatory or offensive may not necessarily be a violation of our policies, however, we may remove certain kinds of sensitive content or limit the audience that sees it.
We hope you will use your reviews as a way for other users of our Services to have an accurate depiction and viewpoint of the product which will help improve the cannabis industry and make the manufactures of these products aware of any flaws or lack in quality.
Your GoodnGreen Account:
You may need a GoodnGreen Account in order to use our Services. You may create your own GoodnGreen Account, or your GoodnGreen Account may be created for you at your request by a GoodnGreen administrator:
To protect your GoodnGreen Account, always keep your password confidential. You are responsible for the activity that happens on or through your GoodnGreen Account. Try not to reuse your GoodnGreen Account password on third-party applications. If you learn of any unauthorized use of your password or GoodnGreen Account, follow these instructions.
Contact GoodnGreen immediately,
Contact your financial institution for ways to prevent fraud on your account.
We will work with you to help resolve any account situation you might have but are unable to reverse any purchases or fees you might have incurred.
Privacy and Copyright Protection:
GoodnGreen’s privacy policies explain how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use our Services. By using our Services, you agree that GoodnGreen can use such data in accordance with our privacy policies:
We provide information to help copyright holders manage their intellectual property online. If you think somebody is violating copyrights and want to notify us, you can find information about submitting notices to GoodnGreen on the Contact Us page.
Regulated Goods:
We prohibit any attempts by private individuals to purchase with intent to sell, give away, or trade any cannabis whether it is prescription or not. Products may be a slightly different color than what you see on your screen do to the variations of monitor/screen colors and settings.
Fraud and Spam:
We work hard to help ensure that the information you share is secure. Any attempt to compromise the security of a Profile, including fraud, may be referred to law enforcement. Using misleading or inaccurate information to use our Services is strictly prohibited.
Promote safety and security:
We use the information we have to help verify accounts and activity, and to promote safety and security on our Services, such as by investigating suspicious activity or violations of our terms or policies. We work hard to protect your account using teams of engineers, automated systems, and advanced technology such as encryption.
We use cookies and similar technologies to provide and support our Services and each of the uses outlined and described in this section of our policy.
Your Content in our Services:
When you upload, submit, store, send or receive content to or through our Services, you give GoodnGreen (and those we work with) a worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create, communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such content. The rights you grant in this license are for the limited purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our Services, and to develop new ones. This license continues even if you stop using our Services.
Our automated system analyzes your content (including purchases) to provide you personal relevant products, such as customized search results, and tailored advertising. This analysis occurs as the content is sent, received, and when it is stored.
If you have a GoodnGreen Account, we may display your Profile name, Profile photo, and actions you take on GoodnGreen or on third-party applications connected to GoodnGreen (such as reviews you write and comments you email) in our Services, including displaying in ads and other commercial contexts.
You can find more information about how GoodnGreen uses and stores content in the privacy policy. If you submit feedback or suggestions about our Services, we may use your feedback or suggestions without obligation to you.
Information you provide:
We collect the content and other information you provide when you use our Services, including when you sign up for an account, upload content, and message or communication with us. This can include information in or about the content you provide, such as the location of a photo or the date a file was created. We also collect information about how you use our Services, such as the types of content you view or engage with or the frequency and duration of your activities.
About Software in our Services:
When a Service requires or includes downloadable software, this software may update automatically on your device once a new version or feature is available.
GoodnGreen gives you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable and non-exclusive license to use the software provided to you by GoodnGreen as part of the Services. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the Services as provided by GoodnGreen, in the manner permitted by these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit those restrictions, or you have our written permission.
Information about payments:
If you use our Services for purchases or financial transactions (like when you buy something on GoodnGreen, make a purchase in an app, or donate), we collect information about the purchase or transaction. This includes your account information, such as your age, payment verification, as well as shipping address, contact details, and other account authentication information.
Placed orders:
We will attempt to deliver your order within two hours after purchase confirmation unless you specify a different delivery time in “Order Notes” on checkout. Time may vary for factors beyond our control. All orders placed afterhours will be first on the schedule during the next open business hours. We will deliver to the address you specify in checkout. If we are unable to reach you by phone at the number you provide on checkout for a delivery confirmation, you will be placed first on the schedule for the following open business day. If we are unable to reach you by phone during the second delivery attempt, your order will be canceled, and payment credited back to you less a $30 restocking fee. Refund processing can take up to 30 days. Hours of operation are Sun-Thu 1pm-8pm, Fri 1pm-1hr prior to sunset, Sat Closed. These hours of operation can change at any time without notice.
Returns:
We at GoodnGreen strive to provide the best products to our members. Since there is a possibility of contamination, misuse or tampering once a product is out of our hands and in the customers control, you agree that “ALL SALES ARE FINAL” and there is “(ZERO) NO RETURNS”.
Device information:
We collect information from or about the computers, phones, or other devices where you install or access our Services. We may associate the information we collect from your different devices, which helps us provide consistent Services across your devices. Here are some examples of the device information we collect:
Attributes such as the operating system, hardware version, device settings, file and software names and types, battery and signal strength, and device identifiers.
Device locations, including specific geographic locations, such as through GPS, Bluetooth, or WiFi signals. Connection information such as the name of your mobile operator or ISP, browser type, language and time zone, mobile phone number and IP address.

We share information we have about you within the family of companies that GoodnGreen is a part of. People use our Services to find products and share their viewpoints with others. We make this possible by sharing your information in the following way.
Reviews you post and communication with us:
When you post a review, or communicate with us using our Services, we choose the audience who can see what you post. Likewise, when you massage us, we choose the people who sees or reads your message.
Public information is any information you share with a public audience, as well as information in your Public Profile, or content you share on GoodnGreen or another public forum. Public information is available to anyone on or off our Services and can be seen or accessed through online search engines, APIs, and offline media, such as on TV.
In some cases, what you share or communicate with us may be downloaded or re-shared with others on and off our Services.
Apps, websites and third-party integrations on or using our Services:
When you use third-party apps, websites or other services that use, or are integrated with, our Services, they may receive information about what you post or communicate with us. In addition, when you download or use such third-party services, they can access your Public Profile, which includes your username or user ID. Information collected by these apps, websites or integrated services is subject to their own terms and policies.
New owner:
If the ownership or control of all or part of our Services or their assets changes, we may transfer your information to the new owner.
Sharing with Third-Party Partners and Customers:
We work with third party companies who help us provide and improve our Services or who use advertising or related products.
Here are the types of third parties we can share information with about you:
Advertising, Measurement and Analytics Services (Non-Personally Identifiable Information Only).
We want our advertising to be as relevant and interesting as the other information you find on our Services. With this in mind, we use all of the information we have about you to show you relevant ads. Managing or deleting information:
We store data for as long as it is necessary to provide products and services to you and others, including those described above. Information associated with your account will be kept until your account is deleted, unless we no longer need the data to provide products and services.
You can delete your account any time by contacting us. Keep in mind that information that you have shared about you is not part of your account and will not be deleted when you delete your account.
Modifying and Terminating our Services:
We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop a Service altogether.
You can stop using our Services at any time, although we’ll be sorry to see you go. GoodnGreen may also stop providing Services to you, add or create new limits to our Services at any time.
Our Warranties and Disclaimers:
We provide our Services using a commercially reasonable level of skill and care and we hope that you will enjoy using them. But there are certain things that we don’t promise about our Services or products.
OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THESE TERMS OR ADDITIONAL TERMS, NEITHER GOODNGREEN NOR ITS SUPPLIERS OR DISTRIBUTORS MAKE ANY SPECIFIC PROMISES ABOUT THE SERVICES. FOR EXAMPLE, WE DON’T MAKE ANY COMMITMENTS ABOUT THE CONTENT WITHIN THE SERVICES, THE SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS OF THE SERVICES, OR THEIR RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, OR ABILITY TO MEET YOUR NEEDS. WE PROVIDE THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS “AS IS”.
SOME JURISDICTIONS PROVIDE FOR CERTAIN WARRANTIES, LIKE THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE EXCLUDE ALL WARRANTIES.
Liability for our Services:
WHEN PERMITTED BY LAW, GOODNGREEN, GOODNGREEN’S SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, FINANCIAL LOSSES OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF GOODNGREEN, AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS, INCLUDING FOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE PRODUCT(S) OR USE OF THE SERVICES (OR, IF WE CHOOSE, TO SUPPLYING YOU THE SERVICES AGAIN).
IF YOU ARE USING OUR SERVICES YOU ACCEPT ALL PRIVACY POLICIES, TERMS & CONDITIONS OR ANY OTHER NOTICES OR INFORMATION WE PROVIDE. YOU WILL HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY GOODNGREEN AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES FROM ANY CLAIM, SUIT OR ACTION ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO ANY PURCHASES OR THE USE OF OUR SERVICES OR A VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS, INCLUDING ANY LIABILITY OR EXPENSE ARISING FROM CLAIMS, LOSSES, DAMAGES, SUITS, JUDGMENTS, LITIGATION COSTS AND ATTORNEYS’ FEES.
IN ALL CASES, GOODNGREEN, AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS(S) OR DAMAGE(S) OF ANY KIND.
About the Terms & Conditions:
We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a Service, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to our Services. You should look at the Terms & Conditions regularly. We’ll post notice of modifications to these terms on this page. We’ll post notice of modified additional terms in the applicable Service. Changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective no sooner than seven days after they are posted. However, changes addressing new functions for a Service or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. If you do not agree to the modified terms for a Service, you should discontinue your use of that Service.
If there is a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any additional Terms & Conditions, the additional Terms & Conditions will control for that conflict.
These Terms & Conditions control the relationship between GoodnGreen and you. They do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.
If you do not comply with these Terms & Conditions, and we don’t take action right away, this doesn’t mean that we are giving up any rights that we may have (such as taking action in the future).
If it turns out that a particular Terms or Condition is not enforceable, this will not affect any other Terms & Conditions.
The laws of California, U.S.A., excluding California’s conflict of laws rules, will apply to any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the Services. You agree that any and all claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services will be mediated in Shasta County, California, USA. During mediation if there is no resolution you agree the conflict to be litigated exclusively in the state courts of Shasta County, California, USA, and you and GoodnGreen consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
